WCSS 2027
January 21–24 · Loon Lake, BC
Get involved
in WCSS 2027.
There are several ways to be part of the West Coast Sauna Summit. Whether you want to attend, share your expertise, or help make it happen — there's a place for you here.
PARTICIPANT
Attend
Apply to join WCSS 2027 as a participant. Spots are limited and applications are reviewed — we curate the group deliberately. If you're a builder, operator, designer, hospitality leader, or cultural connector working in sauna, this is your event.
PROGRAMME
Speak or Lead
Share your expertise with the sauna industry. We're looking for keynote speakers, panelists, and skillshare leaders for WCSS 2027. Practitioners over presenters — we want people doing the work, not just talking about it.
COMMUNITY
Volunteer
Help make WCSS happen and get full access to the weekend in return. Volunteers work a shift or two and join the event as full participants for the rest. A great way to be inside WCSS — accommodation and meals included for on-site volunteers.
ATTEND
Four days in the forest with the people building sauna culture.
WCSS is a fully immersive retreat at Loon Lake Lodge in BC's old-growth forest. A curated group of founders, builders, operators, designers, hospitality leaders, and cultural connectors. The kind of conversations you won't have anywhere else.

SPEAK OR LEAD
Got something the sauna industry needs to hear?
We're looking for speakers, panelists, and skillshare leaders who are genuinely moving sauna culture forward. We want real conversations, honest insights, and hands-on knowledge from people doing the work — not polished conference presentations.
-
Speakers on culture, business, design, hospitality, and the future of wellness.
-
Panelists for industry conversations on operations, building, community, and growth.
-
Skillshare leaders for hands-on sessions — löyly technique, sauna building, branding, operations
Speaker applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
VOLUNTEER
Be part of the team that makes it happen.
WCSS runs on a small, dedicated volunteer crew. Volunteers take on a shift or two of responsibility and in return get discounted tickets to the event as participants for the rest of the weekend. Accommodation and meals are included for volunteers.
We're looking for people who are passionate about sauna culture and want to contribute to something meaningful — not just fill a shift.

VOLUNTEER ROLES

Supporting event setup, pack-down, equipment movement, and general on-site logistics throughout the weekend.
